The pool and pool house are open for the season (May-Sept 30th). Hours of operation are 7:30am to 9pm everyday. The pool can be accessed from the parking lot on Merrivale Lane or from the Lanyon Street gate. The pool and pool house are for Rock Springs home owners and their guests only. If you are new to the community or need access, please visit the Hinson Management office to obtain a key for your household. We look forward to a safe pool season in our community.

The playground area is open during all seasons and can be accessed from the parking lot on Merrivale Lane. The playground is for Rock Springs home owners and their guests only. All children must be supervised by an adult during play time in the play area. As a reminder, we ask that no dogs enter inside the play area gate.
